- Non-AC rooms are provided at Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Wayanad, Coorg, and other hill stations.
- Eravikulam National Park in Munnar is closed during the months of February and March every year.
- To ensure a hassle-free experience, we recommend booking Periyar Wildlife boating tickets online through the provided link: [Link]. Please note that tickets booked through us are non-refundable. Remember to carry a printed copy of your online ticket and arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the ride to avoid missing the boat. Late reporting will not be the responsibility of Unicorn Holiday.
- Museums and the zoo are closed on Mondays, and the Dutch Palace in Cochin and Jewish Synagogue in Cochin have specific closures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Jewish holidays, respectively.
- During hotel check-in, it is mandatory to present a valid government ID proof such as Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport.
- Our vehicle services operate from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Any additional usage beyond these hours will incur extra charges payable directly to the driver. Please note that AC in vehicles will be switched off in hill stations.
- For larger groups, please note that 7-seater Innova and Tavera vehicles are not widely available in Kerala. Unless specifically requested in advance, most vehicles will be 6-seaters. Additionally, 7-seater Innova rates may be higher than 6-seater rates.
- Check-in time at hotels/resorts is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is before 11:00 am.
- Accommodation is strictly provided only for the confirmed guests mentioned in the final package. Any additional guests invited without prior notice will not be the responsibility of Unicorn Holiday.
- Meals in most hotels are served à la carte or as per a fixed menu, subject to availability. Buffet options may vary based on hotel policy. Any additional expenses beyond the meal credit will be settled directly by the guest with the hotel.
- Unicorn Holiday is not responsible for any missed sightseeing opportunities or closures of monuments, parks, or rides due to political strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend planning your itinerary accordingly.
- Unicorn Holiday is not liable for compensating any losses or additional costs incurred by guests during the tour, nor are we responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by passengers during the trip.
- If you require LTA/LTC claim documents, kindly inform Unicorn Holiday within a week of your tour.
- Please note that there will be no refunds for any unutilized services.
