* Once you confirm the package and date of arrival, do inform respective executive through mail for confirmation and fill the details as requested. So that we can check hotel availability and
would inform you if any of the hotels selected is not available and will be giving other options with cost difference. They will be sending an email with all details including our account number, IFSC Code etc.
* Confirmation of Hotel rooms/Houseboats is subject to availability. In the event, if rooms are not available in the specified hotels, the booking will be done in a similar category hotel.
* Once you transfer advance amount, please do send payment screenshot so that booking will be initiated. (Online transfer / Bank Cash Deposit)
* Confirmation of the Package is subject to receipt of minimum 20% of the tour cost. Balance prior to the start of the tour
* Once booking is completed you will receive payment Receipt.
* According to the part payment option, please pay before the cutoff date. To make initial payment to hotels.
* Cab details will be forwarded through SMS one day prior to arrival.
* Payment (Cheque and DD payment is not accepted for advance payment and balance payment).
* Arrival at any other city apart from Cochin / Trivandrum ,balance amount to be cleared 5days prior to arrival date.
* Once advance payment made, please notify by mail or telephone.
